Warstein, 19/04/2016 The largest manufacturers of construction and mining machinery are currently exhibiting at the bauma trade fair in Munich. This means that SIEPMANN-WERKE is being represented there too, as products from the Warstein-based forging and fitting manufacturer are often found in precisely this type of machine. Two in one for the US market

Warstein, 30/03/2016 Siepmann subsidiary Stahl-Armaturen Persta GmbH is launching a new product in the form of an industrial fitting that functions as both a stop valve and a check valve, offering a classic two-in-one solution. Having successfully passed a year of field testing, the fitting is now set to be used primarily in power plants in the USA. Breaking into this particular market is one of the main strategies for overcoming the current slump.

Negotiations on reconciliation of interests finalised

Warstein, 08/03/2016 A change in strategy has given the SIEPMANN-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG Management Board a positive outlook for the future. The negotiations which have been underway between the Works Council and Management Board of SIEPMANN-WERKE since the start of January have now come to an end. The Fittings department is set to expand its portfolio, while in Forging there will be more of a focus on the areas in which the company's strengths lie in future. However, none of this will be possible without cutting back on costs – and that includes money spent on staffing.
